RM is a professional manufacturer and specialized in mold development, injection and assembly productions. Mold Department
Draw 3D engineering drawing files and review drawings for customers; Provide product reading services; Have independent development and design capabilities, provide customers with ODM&OEM services; Milling machine, grinder, spark machine should be equipped with a complete set. Realize high efficiency to complete mold opening;
Injection Department
Automatic injection molding machines are available from 40 tons, 90 tons, 120 tons, 150 tons, 230 tons, 280 tons and Double-tube vertical forming machine to meet the production needs of different products and customers at one time; Create a dust-free molding workshop to ensure that the products are free of defects caused by external forces;The automatic molding machine is equipped with a mechanical arm to realize high-efficiency and fully automated production;
Assembly Department
Two 10-meter manual assembly lines and two 10-meter automatic assembly lines; All departments use the specifications of the dust-free workshop to ensure the cleanliness of the products; Anti-static floor is adopted for the whole department's ground; All import and export departments are equipped with air shower to achieve the energy efficiency of effectively removing dust & static electricity; Infrared oven, fiber cutting machine, dehumidifying and drying cabinet (relative humidity can be controlled at 1%RH), Manual taping machine, automatic double-headed tin dipping machine, silent terminal machine, automatic multi-function computer wire stripping machine and other supporting equipment are complete;
